1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Rummy Ola.
• You must be a resident of a state/territory in India where skill-based online gaming is legally permitted.
• Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tamil Nadu are not eligible to play real money games on Rummy Ola.
• You may not create multiple accounts on Rummy Ola. One player is allowed one account only.

2. Account Registration

To play on Rummy Ola, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your name, mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Rummy Ola will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit on Rummy Ola: ₹10
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or UPI linked to your Rummy Ola account within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Rummy Ola reserves the right to verify your identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Funds deposited on Rummy Ola are held in secure escrow accounts.

4. Bonus Terms

• Welcome bonuses and promotional offers on Rummy Ola are subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn — they must be used to play eligible games first.
• Rummy Ola reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Fair Play Policy

Rummy Ola is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion or teaming up with other players
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Chip dumping or deliberate losing to transfer funds
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Any form of hacking or tampering with Rummy Ola software

Violations will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Rummy Ola, including logos, game designs, software, and text, is the exclusive property of Rummy Ola and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rummy Ola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Rummy Ola account at the time of the claim.

8. Termination

Rummy Ola reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law. Users may also request account closure by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Rummy Ola shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

Rummy Ola reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
